What the WarrantyCovers

If a PrivyID or EnterpriseID Digital Certificate is later proven invalid due to identity fraud, impersonation, or misuse of a Privy signature, Privy provides compensation of up to IDR 3 billion per claim.

Steps to Claim Compensation

Report the Suspected Invalid Certificate

Submit the certificate reference through the Trust Center, along with the document or transaction that used it.

Privy Investigates the Certificate

Privy traces the certificate issuance, including verification records, biometric checks, and its legal basis.

Receive Compensation

Once Privy confirms the certificate is invalid, we provide compensation according to the warranty terms, up to IDR 3 billion.
